  32.   CLI   program   to   place   and  recolor  an  icon  (upto  8-colors
  33. read:magicwb) into a "newicon".

  35. Features:  ('*' denotes a new feature)

  37. o  Supports  wildcards  and  multiple files, making it easy to convert
  38.    many icons at once.
  39. o  Ability to make "dot" icons to conserve space.
  40. o  Can remap magic-wb icons even if colors aren't located at locations
  41.    4-7.  This means icons that are not in the MWB 2.0 format.
